Budget

Most clients invest between $2,000 and $10,000 on custom save-the-dates, wedding invitations, and day-of stationery. Your total investment depends on the complexity of your suite, chosen materials, printing methods, and any additional customizations. We’ll work closely with you to create designs that reflect your vision, balancing style with your budget. Every package includes custom design, premium printing, assembly, and mailing options to ensure a seamless experience.

Timeframe

To allow for the design and production process, we recommend booking your project at least 9-12 months before your wedding date. Save the dates are mailed 6-8 months before your wedding date. Invitations are ailed 8-12 weeks before the wedding date.

Process

1. Consultation & Questionnaire
Once booked, you’ll receive a personalized questionnaire to share your vision, inspiration, and wedding details. We’ll follow up with a conversation, either in person or virtually, to dive into your style, favorite details, and how you envision the day.

2. Design & Vision Board
Based on your input, I’ll create a custom vision board highlighting typography, color palette, paper textures, and other design elements. This mood board guides the design process, ensuring every detail is aligned with your vision.

3. Notes & Revisions
You’ll receive an initial design presentation showcasing each component of your suite. Then, we will work together through 2-3 rounds of revisions until everything is perfect.

4. Printing & Production
After final approval, your suite moves to production. I work with trusted printing partners to bring your designs to life, ensuring each piece meets high standards of quality. Production typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity.

5. Assembly & Delivery
Your finished suite will arrive ready for assembly, if you prefer, I can handle assembly and mailing for an additional fee. We’ll make sure every piece is beautifully prepared and ready to impress your guests.
